This is a high-quality course. I would say it is exactly what university students will learn in an introductory course. Therefore it is quite demanding even though it is an introductory course. I just wanted to watch the videos. But you really have to put some effort into it for example you should look at the lecture notes as well and really do the quizzes and tests, otherwise you may be lost quickly. So if you are serious about learning about physiology I can highly recommend this course. What is also great is that the professor answers quesions in the dicussion forum herself quickly (within a day or so). This is something i have not seen very often in other coursera courses.
