This online course gives participants the opportunity to improve their English speaking skills. (Some prior English speaking skills required.)

The MOOC specifically teaches:

• How to make a strong personal introduction;
• The speaking skills for group discussions: how to agree or disagree, how to clarify, restate and summarize;
• How to give information and respond to requests on the phone;
• Effective interviewing;
• How to prepare and give a sales “pitch”, introducing a product or service.
