In this course, participants will explore the coaching practices managers use to create a culture of accountability. They will learn the underlying principles of coaching as a manager, and the elements for establishing a consistent, effective one-on one-coaching relationship. They will review common performance scenarios managers’ face, learn to determine the causes of poor performance and practice developing a coaching response.
